POST CLEAN INSPECTION REPORT

Our team is trained to make observations before, during, and after our cleans. Once the clean is finished our team submits a post-cleaning inspection report to our operations team that will notify us if a light bulb is out, of a leak under the sink or if your electronic lock battery is running low for example.

If an observation is made, we send you the report for your records.

RESTOCKING AMENITY AND INVENTORY

Keeping your short-term vacation rental unit adequately stocked with necessary amenities and other supplies is an important part of ensuring guest satisfaction and in turn, ensuring positive reviews and ratings.

Before we leave, we make sure to make note of low supplies so that the next guest always has enough amenities.
